Louise Richardson.

Yesterday at uni, we were fortunate enough to have artist Louise Richardson come in to our critical studies seminar to talk about her work and her journey and progression as an artist. Most of her work links towards memories and nostalgia.
I found all her work and everything she said very inspiring, I am mostly inspired by how inventive and unusual the materials are that she uses. I also love how fragile and delicate the work is, it is so very beautiful.
The dress above is made from Snake skin. From when the snake naturally sheds its skin.

Above, the dress is made out of parts of her mothers old maths book.
The above dress is made entirely out of nails, but is made to give the impression of fox fur.
